Leaks due to poor quality & No Return/Store Credit
I bought this sink in November when we started our kitchen demo and had it installed in January.
Constant leaks and puddles under the sink in our new cabinets. Called out the plumbers 4 separate times and they kept saying the leak was coming from the faucet/sprayer itself, not the lines. They tried to seal up everything with silicone and tape to no avail.
Now I am outside the 30 day window of return; however, they’re NOT giving me store credit. This faucet/sprayer was $500 and I expect much better quality than this.
Buyer beware.

Delivery was late, and they didn't respond to emails for many business days then blamed it on a single holiday. ALL of the connector parts for actually hooking up the faucet to plumbing are cheaply and poorly made. The amazing plumber who did perfect work in our home couldn't make them stop leaking, even following their provided instructions. We have to pay to have him come back, with all new parts, to try and figure out how to make it work. Only giving three stars because the faucet itself is gorgeous.

Beyond expectations, the quality and weight of this faucet is impressive. I haven’t stopped talking about the knobs and how they feel so luxury for the last 2 days and we don’t even have it installed yet.

Absolutely beautiful faucet! The quality is excellent, it matched the description perfectly and exceeded my expectations. I was a bit nervous about the install due to the custom nature of the item, but my husband had no problems. It’s already starting to patina and I just love it. I purchased the faucet, sprayer, garbage disposal flange and regular sink drain, which I didn’t end up needing, but all were packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. Finally, the shipping was extremely fast. I received it well ahead of the target delivery date, even faster than something else I ordered within the US. Can’t wait to come back when we redo our bathroom!
