Insideast is present online since 2018. In late 2023 we had +1900 online reviews in the United States. And made collaborations with designers and influencers showcased @insideastdesigns.
Our fixtures are in parts handcrafted and in other parts industrial. We make sure to provide the best quality available by imposing quality checks and by testing each product in real situation.
Our checks and rules include the choice of materials, installation compliance, the simplification of maintenance, the look and finish. With the goal to provide high end products.

Repair & Replacement
Insideast stands behind its products with a comprehensive warranty. In the event of a defect within the warranty period, Insideast will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product.
Please note, the warranty does not extend to installation costs, labor charges, or any other consequential expenses. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Warranty Coverage
- Lifetime Mechanical Warranty: Insideast guarantees mechanical integrity for the duration of homeownership, provided the initial purchaser maintains ownership of the installed product within the residence.
- 5-Year Finish Warranty: All faucets and sinks are backed by a 5-year finish warranty, ensuring enduring quality and aesthetic appeal.
- 1-Year Wearable Parts Warranty: Essential wearable components such as hoses, washers, and seals are covered for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
Warranty Limitations
The warranty is only applicable to the initial purchaser or homeowner. The warranty doesn’t cover damage caused by normal wear and tear.
The warranty is not applicable in the following cases:
- Products repaired or altered in any way by the initial purchaser without an authorization from Insideast.
- Products damaged because of misuse, negligence or faulty maintenance or installation.
- Products used in a way contrary to the intended normal use.

This brass faucet is gorgeous. It’s very heavy and the knobs have a great feel. Note if you’re in the US you’ll need to convert the lines size. Would highly recommend.

We ordered these faucets for our primary bathroom and they are stunning! The unlacquered brass is beautiful and I can’t wait to see them patina over time. The quality of the fixtures is great too. Very heavy and came with everything we needed to install. The shipping was very fast to the US and the shop owner reached out after delivery to make sure we were happy with our order. I would highly recommend this shop!

Beautiful bath faucet
Just as pictured - heavy weight but compact design.
I bought a few things from different vendors from Morocco but this was by far the best quality. I was so happy I bought another set for the bath. The first set took a while to arrive but I was always updated and any questions were answered very quickly. The second set arrived super quick. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy anything else from their store.
Great product, good communication, would recommend to everyone
It was a pleasure working with Abdel on our custom pendant lights order for our reno. He was very responsive and patient with all of our questions and we especially appreciated how he showed us a photo of the product before it was shipped. (We did require a modification to the part of the pendant that is flush with the ceiling to make it more like the photo on his Etsy shop site and Abdel was able to accommodate this). We have already had a lot of compliments on our pendant lights and love how they help tie in the reddish brown stain on the original window and patio door frames. A quality, handmade product, so unlike anything you can find in the local specialty light stores and shipping was surprisingly quick. Thank you, Abdel!
