Returns, Cancellations, Exchanges

Introduction:

Established online since 2018, Insideast takes pride in the trust and loyalty of our esteemed customers. Recognized by over 1900 online reviews from the U.S. by late 2023, and valued collaborations with prominent designers and influencers, we are dedicated to providing quality products that are a harmonious blend of handcrafted precision and industrial expertise.

Cancellations:

  1. Eligibility for Cancellation: Products purchased from Insideast can be cancelled 48 hours after making the order. And before shipping. Customized orders are not subject to cancellations. 

Returns for no reason:

  1. Eligibility for Return: Products purchased from Insideast can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt. Items should be unused, and in their original packaging.

  2. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  3. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

  4. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your bank or credit card company, as there may be some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Exclusions:

  1. Items affected by defects or quality discrepancies fall under the purview of our warranty policy and are therefore not encompassed within this particular section.

  2. Customized items are not eligible for returns. Only regular items may be refunded.

  3. Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper maintenance are not eligible for returns or refunds.

  4. Products that have been modified or altered without Insideast’s authorization are ineligible for a return

This brass shower system is absolutely stunning! It was very easy to install, we had our plumber install the initial 2 pipes from the wall & we were able to do the rest. The natural patina that is already appearing is beautiful too. We had some issues with spacing since our plumber installed the pipes a bit too far out of the wall. InsideEast was a blessing to work with and rushed custom pieces to us since we were without a shower until they arrived. I have purchased every bathroom fixture and kitchen fixture from them & cannot be happier with the quality and customer service. Can’t wait to install the rest!

Gorgeous fixtures! I'm a designer and just installed these in 2 bathrooms and love the look. I was able to customize the finish and certain elements and they came out beautiful!Hiba was very responsive despite the time difference and very helpful with answering my questions.I can't wait to see them installed. They really added a beautiful patina'd element to my design 🙂
