The shower heads are great, nice flow pattern for the water. This is my second purchase with Insideast and I am satisfied. The reason for not giving 5 stars is that the inlet threads were not cut cleanly, so it took significant force and some hammering to get the showerhead to sit on the thread properly.
I do quite a bit of handyman work, so I was able to fix this on my own, but for a homeowner who is not mechanically inclined, this would be difficult. A simple 30 second quality control for each unit to check that it screws onto the outlet pipe properly would prevent this.
Delivery was late, and they didn't respond to emails for many business days then blamed it on a single holiday. ALL of the connector parts for actually hooking up the faucet to plumbing are cheaply and poorly made. The amazing plumber who did perfect work in our home couldn't make them stop leaking, even following their provided instructions. We have to pay to have him come back, with all new parts, to try and figure out how to make it work. Only giving three stars because the faucet itself is gorgeous.

I bought a few things from different vendors from Morocco but this was by far the best quality. I was so happy I bought another set for the bath. The first set took a while to arrive but I was always updated and any questions were answered very quickly. The second set arrived super quick. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy anything else from their store.

They are really wonderful lamps. Great workmanship and very high quality. I can highly recommend them. They arrived a little later than expected, but that was also due to my poor command of the English language and the Internet, but Abdel took care of it immediately and wrote back very kindly. It was a pleasure working with Abdel on our custom pendant lights order for our reno. He was very responsive and patient with all of our questions and we especially appreciated how he showed us a photo of the product before it was shipped. (We did require a modification to the part of the pendant that is flush with the ceiling to make it more like the photo on his Etsy shop site and Abdel was able to accommodate this). We have already had a lot of compliments on our pendant lights and love how they help tie in the reddish brown stain on the original window and patio door frames. A quality, handmade product, so unlike anything you can find in the local specialty light stores and shipping was surprisingly quick. Thank you, Abdel!
